Email list

If you submit your email on the site through Enter the House, we store your address to send updates about releases, Codex entries, and room expansions. We do not sell your email. You can ask to be removed by replying to any message we send or by contacting the steward through channels listed below.

Find Your Anthem

Find Your Anthem is optional. If you choose to email your result, we store your address and a distilled snapshot of your outcome: assigned House, tier, anthem, room, ranked song picks (up to five), and blended House scores. We do not store your full question-by-question answers by default. This is used to send your result, segment relevant updates, and reserve booklet eligibility when physical tiers release — not to rank spirituality, profile devotion, or sell data to third parties.

Submitting your email on the anthem result also places you on the mailing list. Quiz completion without email is not saved to the booklet backlog.

Library search

The Library is a discovery alcove — a search over Codex testimony, not a profile of you. When you search, your terms are sent to our servers to match against a locally owned and steward-built keyword index in our database. Results come from keyword and synonym matching on curated snippets — no AI generates Library answers, ranks your spirituality, or writes responses on the fly.

We do not tie Library searches to your email or identity. If a search returns no results, we may store the normalized term anonymously in a miss log to improve indexing and synonyms over time — not to surveil you.

Service providers

Email delivery may use Resend. Subscriber, anthem, and Library index data may be stored in Supabase. Hosting is provided by Vercel. Audio may be streamed from configured storage behind the site API. These providers process data only to operate the service.

Local preferences

If you adjust player volume in the House, that preference may be stored in your browser's session storage for the visit. It stays on your device — we do not receive or store it on our servers.

Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics for privacy-focused page-view metrics (for example, after radio or press mentions). It does not use third-party ad trackers or cross-site profiling cookies.

The House also records anonymous aggregate engagement for stewardship — room visits, song listens, Read Deeper opens, normalized Library theme matches (when results are found), Find Your Anthem questionnaire starts and result counts (assigned House, anthem, and room only — never your answers or email), and subscribe paths. These signals use salted hashes in your browser and coarse geography from hosting headers (country, region, city — never your full address or IP); they are not tied to your email, name, or full Library queries. Steward Studio sessions are excluded from these counts. Steward analytics are visible only in Studio, not sold, and not used to rank spirituality.
